LOX-pump incident

The trainee has the task to perform a routine check in the field. On the way to the field location, the trainee sees a sudden mechanical failure, and is forced to abandon their initial task. Instead, the trainee must perform the appropriate response protocol to react safely to the incident. If the protocol is not executed properly, the trainee observes the severe consequences.
